Hach offers bottles for Sampling and storage, BOD tests and dispensing. Sampling and storage bottles are available in amber glass, amber HDPE, HDPE, LDPE, Polypropylene or polystyrene. Bottles are for general lab use and storing, transporting and packing liquids and solids.

Amber colored bottles protect content from damaging effect of sunlight, decreasing photo degradation. Amber glass is referenced in a variety of Standard Methods water procedures.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles are heavy-walled and rugged, typically available in wide-mouth style for easy filling and leak-proof polypropylene cap.
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) bottles have a lower density range than HDPE, are generally softer, and more malleable.
Square and rectangular shapes maximize space efficiency and less damage in shipping. Suitable for both aqueous solutions and solid samples.
