The Hach™ ULR Total Chlorine Fluorescence Test Kit measures 3 - 100 µg/L (ppb) Cl₂ using the DR1300 FL Portable Fluorometer. Designed for clean-water applications, the fluorescence method provides sensitive total chlorine measurement at concentrations below 20 ppb where residual oxidant can present a risk to chlorine-sensitive processes.

Why measure total chlorine at ultra-low levels?

Protect chlorine-sensitive RO membranes
Monitor residual total chlorine entering the RO system to help reduce oxidative membrane damage and support membrane life, salt rejection, and permeate quality.
